What to expect...
Confirmation
Once you have reserved your spot on my schedule, you will receive an email with a questionnaire that must be filled out right away to ensure a seamless experience. If you don’t receive an email within 5 minutes of your reservation, check your spam/junk folder. If I have any further questions regarding your request, you can expect to receive a return email or phone call.
Checking In
One hour before your service, you will receive a reminder text message about your appointment with a link to “Check-In” when you arrive. Once you’ve checked in, grab a snack and drink from our snack bar while you wait for your service to begin.
Post Experience
After your service, We will reserve your maintenance appointment to secure a spot on my schedule. You’ll be given a home care kit so you keep your new look as healthy as possible. You will receive a text and/or email to tell us about your experience.

Did you get hair extensions somewhere only to realize it didn’t turn out well?
I will inspect the hair extensions, how it was installed, and the hair coloring and discuss the issues you are having to come up with a road map for the perfect end result. From there I will give you a recommendation on how to proceed and pricing.

These services include an in-depth consultation, a road map for your hair goals, hair extensions, installation, the coloring of the hair extensions, coloring of your hair, a blending haircut, and a luxury home care kit. These services are required to give the look a seamless and natural appearance.
