Hair Extensions
Hair Extension Emergency
If this is you got hair extensions from somewhere else and it didn’t go well. I will inspect the hair extensions, how it was installed, and the coloring. From there I will give you a recommendation on how to proceed. 95% of the time new hair extensions are required.
No pre-consultation, per-ordering, or application is needed to reserve your appointment. Pricing starts at $670.
Extension Experience
If this is your first time with me and you want to get hair extensions for the first time or have hair extensions but want new hair. This service can add thickness, length, or both to your hair while looking natural. Includes everything that gives you a natural look.
No consultation, pre-ordering, or application is needed to reserve your first appointment. Price ranges from $1,225 to $5,240.
Extension Maintenance
This is for you if you have hair extensions already that were installed by me and you need them moved up. Includes everything to maintain your look.
Price ranges from $520 to $850.
Jen has 15+ years of experience in the industry and specializes in hair extensions and color. Jen works behind the chair on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays and is always accepting new and loyal guests for extensions and/or color. Although her time is very limited, she is open to meeting new people and loves to help her guests reach their goals. Please read all policies before booking a reservation.
Dimensional Experience (3.5 Hours) – $325
This service is for you if you have never had a service with me before and you would like a half head of balayage, highlights, baby lights, or foilyage technique. This also comes with a root touch-up/Smudge root, toner, treatment based on your hair needs, and style. Includes a home care starter pack and lunch.
Dimensional Maintenance (3 Hours) – $250
This is a touch-up service after your initial first-time service. Half head of balayage, highlights, baby lights, foilyage includes a root touch-up/smudge root, toner, deep treatment, and style.
Transformation Experience (4.5 Hours) – $650
This service is for you if you have never had a service with me before or are a current guest and would like to change your current look. Full head of balayage, highlights, baby lights, and/or foilyage plus includes a smudge root, toner, treatment based on your hair needs, and style. Includes a home care starter pack and lunch.
Transformation Maintenance (4 Hours) – $450
This is a touch-up service after your initial first-time service. Full head of balayage, highlights, baby lights, foilyage plus includes a smudge root, toner, treatment based on your hair needs, and style.
Corrective Color Day Rate (8 Hour Minimum Booking) – $1000
If you want a fashion color or have used box-dye in the last 5 years and would like to change your current hair color. To book her for a correction she requires you to book her hair day rate. Includes a home care starter pack and lunch.
Depending on your goals and amount of hair there is a chance we will go over time and if that happens extra time is billed at $110 an hour.

Haircut – $55
Add a haircut to any color service
Bond Building Technology – $25
Protect and heal your hair during the color process by utilizing today’s most revolutionary technology in hair color. Cross-linking technology repairs broken bonds within the hair during the color service, making your hair stronger, healthier, and more resilient. Essential for all blonding services.
Color Refresher or Toner – $40
Balance out, richen, or toner your hair.
Product Charge – $15
Adding more color to any service. The cost of the product is per additional bowl.
Luxe #9 Treatment – $38
Treat your hair to a conditioning treatment to lock in color, improve hair’s texture and softness and improve manageability.
Hair Color
Color Maintenance
Maintain your hair color by covering up your new growth (½” from the scalp). This is for you if you are covering your greys, going darker or 1-2 shades lighter. The reservation also includes a conditioning treatment and style (This can be done in between hair extension maintenance appointments). $175.
Transformation Experience
This service is for you if you would like to add a maximum amount of lighter and/or darker pieces to all of your hair. These pieces can be from scalp to the ends, blended, chunky, pieces focused on the middle to the ends of your hair. This service is personalized for you based on an in-depth consultation and your inspirational photos (This service sometimes needs to be done before getting hair extensions installed). $590.
Fun Colors/Color Corrections
If you want to go significantly lighter, want or have fun hair color, or have used box dye in the last 5 years and would like to change your look. This service is personalized for you based on an in-depth consultation and your inspirational photos (This service sometimes needs to be done before getting hair extensions installed). $850.
Cancellation Policy
ABOUT RESERVATIONS
A non-refundable retainer fee is required in order to secure your extension reservation. This retainer fee does not cover the cost of hair but your spot on the stylist’s schedule. The retainer does go towards your total cost of service on the day of your appointment.
You may move your reservation for no charge before the third day 11:59 PM of your scheduled appointment. You may move your reservation appointment only one time.
Please note that we will asses a fee if you must move, cancel, or not show up to your appointment after this deadline. If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all of your prepayment. If not, we will charge your credit card. This fee is equal to the total cost of a reserved appointment.
On your third time canceling or moving a reservation with less than seven days’ notice in one year, you will no longer be able to pre-reserve appointments. You may be put on a waitlist for the day you are wanting or make an appointment for the day of only.
All services are non-refundable. Only small adjustments are made to the service within 7 days at no charge. Guarantees to your service ONLY when you invest in the recommended color-safe shampoo and conditioner. You must purchase the recommended color-safe shampoo and conditioner directly through The Nines Salon to be eligible for an adjustment/redo.
Redo Policy Exceptions
Some guests, even when they purchase the recommended products will not qualify for a redo policy for reasons beyond our control.
Who doesn’t qualify:
- Guests enduring a color correction process
- Guests who have used box color in the last 2 years
- A guest whose desired goal requires multiple steps/visits
- Guests who adjust their own hair or have another artist change their hair
Guests falling under these categories must pay for adjustments at the beauty pro’s hourly rate.
*This will be outlined in The Nines Salon Color Agreement and explained to you by your stylist.
Once your desired result is achieved your stylist will guarantee your hair.
