ABOUT RESERVATIONS

A non-refundable retainer fee is required in order to secure your extension reservation. This retainer fee does not cover the cost of hair but your spot on my schedule. The retainer does go towards your total cost of service on the day of your appointment.

You may move your reservation for no charge before the third day 11:59 PM of your scheduled appointment. You may move your reservation appointment only one time. 

Please note that we will asses a fee if you must move, cancel, or not show up to your appointment after this deadline. If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all of your prepayment. If not, we will charge your credit card. This fee is equal to the total cost of a reserved appointment.

On your third time canceling or moving a reservation with less than seven days’ notice in one year, you will no longer be able to pre-reserve appointments. You may be put on a waitlist for the day you are wanting or make an appointment for the day of only.

All services are non-refundable. Only small adjustments are made to the service within 7 days at no charge.

MASKS/HEALTH

I am mask friendly. If you want me to wear a mask during your service you won’t even have to ask. All you will have to do is wear your mask inside and I will put a mask on. It’s that simple!

I will still be continuously sanitizing the stations and wash areas between each guest. At The Nines Salon, we pride ourselves on our cleanliness and education on sanitation. I want all of our guests to feel comfortable and see The Nines Salon as a place to relax.

I still ask if you aren’t feeling well reschedule your appointment for the safety of our staff and other guests. We also want to remind you that we have a “no visitors & family policy” unless they are getting a service as well.*

*If you feel sick and/or have a cough, or fever, or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, we ask that you please stay home. Call the salon at least 24 hrs prior to your appointment and we will reschedule you (cancellation fee will be waived). Same-day cancellations and “No shows” will be subject to a cancellation charge. No guests, children, or pets. If their name is not on our schedule, they will not be allowed to stay.

Confirmations

You’ll see a confirmation 84 hours before your appointment. If your appointment is less than 72 hours you will receive a message 24 hours before your appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Our appointments are confirmed 84 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

– Less than 72-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

– “No Shows” or cancellation 24-hours or less will result in 100% of the reserved service amount.
